NEWS FLASH!!!! NorthStar has been awarded the 2023 Futurity Light Herdsire of the Year! He has also earned our farm the honor of being awarded Suri Herdsire of the Year Medium Farm Div. After 25 years of breeding suris we are blessed to have produced this male on our farm. Thanks to all our customers for entering their animals in the Futurity show and letting the alpaca world see what this awesome herdsire is producing. We can't wait to show off his next crop of babies this spring! And, the hand to his fleece is what we're all breeding for.....slick, no drag, and very cool to the touch and oh so soft. He also has a presence that commands attention! And, lastly, he is the easiest, most mellow herdsire we've ever had on our farm. Personality plus with this boy No surprise this guy is a superstar! His sire is champion and Judge's Choice producing Admiral's Commandor and his dam's sire is the late, legendary Pucara Kahuna!
