A Powerful Blend of Black Genetics, Show-Ring Excellence & Proven Suri Pedigrees
WAP Talladega is a dark brown Suri male who represents an exciting combination of some of the most recognizable genetics in the Suri breed. Born on our farm, Talladega brings together the strength of the Bojack/Goldstar lineage with the exceptional production and show-ring credentials of Sir Oliver Twist of WAP.
His sire, MMALP Bojack’s Black Midnight, carries the influential Goldstar’s Bojack heritage—genetics recognized for producing color, substance and desirable Suri characteristics. This powerful paternal influence gives Talladega an especially interesting foundation for breeders looking to incorporate depth of color and established black-line genetics into their programs.
On his dam’s side is where the pedigree becomes truly exciting.
Talladega’s dam, WAP Hailie by Oliver Twist, is a daughter of Sir Oliver Twist of WAP, one of Wings and A Prayer’s most accomplished Suri herdsires. Oliver Twist is a two-time Judges Choice winner, with wins at GWAS and the CABA Classic, along with 10 Color Championships. His pedigree combines Admiral’s Commandor with WP Captain’s Lady Di, bringing together Commandor and the highly sought-after Captain Morgan/MacGyver influence.
Hailie herself carries an impressive show record and has been recognized for her excellent conformation, silky hand, exceptional luster and positive fleece characteristics. Her third-fleece evaluation was particularly impressive, with the fleece described as predominantly Grade 1.
